Economics and Entrepreneurship
Course Description
The Master’s Degree Program in Economics and Entrepreneurship at UniCas provides a multidisciplinary curriculum blending economics, business, statistics, and law with a strong entrepreneurial focus. It is designed to train future managers, entrepreneurs, and “intrapreneurs” capable of launching or innovating within companies, especially in emerging and sustainability-driven sectors.
Program Focus and Outcomes
The program emphasizes not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills such as business plan development, market analysis, and the creation of innovative business ideas with social and environmental impact. Graduates are prepared for roles including:

A mandatory curricular internship (12 ECTS) offers hands-on experience, with opportunities abroad.

The final thesis (15 ECTS), written in English under faculty supervision, can also be conducted internationally and must be defended before a departmental committee.
This structure aligns with European Commission guidelines on enterprise and industry, aiming to foster both entrepreneurial initiative and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
Eligibility

Must hold a first-cycle university degree (Bachelor’s) obtained within the last five years.

Must have at least B2-level English proficiency.

Academic eligibility (one of the following):

Bachelor’s in Economics or Statistics/Mathematics with ≥ 60% aggregate marks, or

Bachelor’s in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or Social Sciences with ≥ 70% aggregate marks.

Meeting these criteria makes you eligible to apply, but admission is competitive and based on the overall profile.
Requirements
Admission is not automatic for foreign degrees; the Selection Committee evaluates:
