Circular Economy
Course Description
The Circular Economy degree equips students with innovative tools to operate at the intersection of economic and environmental sustainability. It focuses on enhancing natural resources, using secondary raw materials, managing value chains sustainably, and implementing industrial symbiosis. The program prepares graduates to work across diverse sectors by integrating technological innovation and new competencies into processes of productive reconversion and sustainable development.
The course is structured over two years with a shared first-year curriculum covering core concepts, methods, and tools for a circular approach to the economy. In the second year, students choose between two specialized tracks:

Green Curriculum: Centers on the green economy, emphasizing circular industrial production. Key themes include reducing reliance on traditional raw materials, adopting new energy forms, recovery and recycling, utilizing natural substances, and repurposing waste from other sectors.

Blue Curriculum: Focuses on the blue economy—a circular approach to maritime-related activities. It covers sectors such as tourism, marine ecosystems, logistics, and trade, all framed within sustainable and circular principles.
Eligibility
- Admission is based on evaluation of your previous degree; require an interview with the course coordinator.
- B2 level CEFR, proven by an accepted certificate (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, PTE Academic, etc.) or by evidence that your previous degree was taught in English.
